The term ‘SEBI’ in this document may also include all its employees. This document outlines the terms and conditions for using this Site, including the privacy policy. SEBI disclaims all liability for any claims, losses, or injuries arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies on the Site, including those resulting from a breach of any provision in this user agreement.

SEBI disclaims all liability for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost revenues or profits, loss of business, or loss of data) arising from or related to the Site, its services, or this user agreement, regardless of whether such liability is based on tort, contract, or any other legal basis.

SEBI will not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages, including indirect or consequential losses or damages, arising from the use or loss of data, in connection with the use of this Site.

Permitted Usage

Governing Law

This document (comprising website policy, privacy policy, user agreement, and cookies policy) shall be subject to and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
